We specialise in teaching total beginners, and we understand that this might be the first time you've tried anything like this. 

 

Our goal is to provide an environment where you can grow in confidence, meet new people, learn a new skill, and have FUN in the process. 

It doesn't matter how fit you are, how old you are, your shape or size - Our beginner's package will help you to get started, and is suitable for COMPLETE beginners.

 

GDPU2 is for all women wanting to make a positive change, enjoy movement, improve their wellbeing, and be part of a supportive community. 

 

Courses, private lessons, and workshops are available in Stevenage & Letchworth for beginners and mixed ability students.

​Beginners 4-Week Course 

  • 4-week course
     

  • Learn in a small group setting, with students of a similar level to you
     

  • 1-hour session each week (same day and time each week)
     

  • Online training included

 

4-week course: £75

*Availability is very limited

Private Lessons

  • Up to 2 students per lesson (you can train alone, or with a friend)
     

  • Arrange a mutually suitable time, around other commitments 
     

  • Perfect for extra tuition on skills learned in class, or for those wanting to learn on a 121 basis

121 £50/hour

221 £60/hour

Am I Too old to do Pole?

There's no upper age limit, we welcome all women over the age of 18

Who is pole suitable for?

Pole is inclusive, and we welcome all ages, shapes, & sizes.

Do I have to wear shorts?

Beginners are welcome to wear leggings or joggers instead of shorts to start out
