A few common questions
Do I need to be strong to start pole?
Not at all. Our beginner courses are designed to help you build strength gradually, so you don't need upper body strength before you start.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable you can move in. Shorts can be helpful for grip later on.
What if I'm nervous?
Most people feel nervous before their first lesson, especially beginners. The courses are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported and confident from day one.
Can I join if I've done pole before?
Yes. Let us know your experience level on the application form and we'll help point you towards the right class for your level.
What happens in a beginner course?
We'll warm up, learn spins and movements step by step ,and gradually build strength and confidence as you go. You'll go at your own pace, in a supportive beginner-friendly environment.
